Psycruit originates in Brighton, where our platform was developed by Criterion Partnership. Since then we have expanded our physical presence to the Nordics, with an additional office in Helsinki, Finland.
Today we cater to a wide variety of clients, and have helped organisations from around the world to improve their efficiency, impact and return on investment when attracting and retaining the best talent.
Our philosophy
Psychometrics can often be seen as something difficult, complex and expensive. Usually only people with expert level training uses psychometric assessments. This often leads to situations where assessments are solely utilised towards the end of a recruitment process and exclusively for senior level positions. This leads to only partial objectivity in the process and the company loses valuable data that it could use through-out the employee lifecycle and for HR or people analytics. Our goals is to change how organisations uses psychometrics.
We work on removing any potential stigma around psychometric assessments and make them easy to use and something that improves the candidate experience. We want to make it possible to make use of assessments as broadly as possible in organisations of all different sizes – from niché operators to global players.

Accredited and certified
The British Psychological Society provides independent reviews of psychological tests. Publishers included on their list have either had test materials evaluated in a BPS review or have agreed that their materials will be included in a future review.
We are ISO-27001 certified. By having this certification we are committed to ensure that security controls are in place to protect information and data from being accessed, corrupted, lost or stolen.
