• Criterion was founded back in 1991 by Richard Hunter, who prior to this also co-built the OPQ at SHL.

This often leads to situations where assessments are solely utilised towards the end of a recruitment process and exclusively for senior level positions. This leads to only partial objectivity in the process and the company loses valuable data that it could use through-out the employee lifecycle and for HR or people analytics. Our goals is to change how organisations uses psychometrics.

We work on removing any potential stigma around psychometric assessments and make them easy to use and something that improves the candidate experience.
